1. Information about Products and Prices
Waterevolution provides information on the essential characteristics of products through technical descriptions and photographs illustrating the products sold, in strict compliance with the best market standards.
The retail prices indicated on www.waterevolution.pt and its subdomains are presented in euros. VAT is included in the prices mentioned, and the VAT at the legal rate in force is calculated after the country of destination is informed, when confirming your order.
The shipping service costs are borne by the Customer and are added to the total value of the selected products.
The Customer will be informed of these charges before confirming your order and completing the purchase process.
Waterevolution reserves the right to change prices at any time, undertaking, however, to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of confirming the purchase order.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a substantial change not foreseen by Waterevolution in the retail price, the assessment of which Waterevolution is entirely sovereign, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
The prices of products available at www.waterevolution.pt are valid exclusively for purchase orders made through the website.
2. Warranty
The items sold by Waterevolution at www.waterevolution.pt are covered by the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, with changes introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21st.

2.1. Defective Product
If the Customer detects a defect in the product, they must contact Customer Service and strictly follow the instructions provided.
2.2. Transportation Damage
If the Customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the item they purchased, even in the case of large volumes, they must, upon receipt and unpacking, check for any visible damage that may have been caused by transport. If the item has any damage, you must refuse delivery and register it with the carrier.
After signing the transport receipt, Waterevolution is not responsible for any physical damage caused by transport.
3. Returns and Right to free termination of the contract
The Customer has a deadline to return their order, and must consult the “Exchange and Returns” page for more detailed information.
