Shipping time
Orders of products available for immediate delivery, with confirmed payment, will be sent within a maximum period of 72 hours.
Average delivery time
The delivery time varies according to the destination, customs and carrier conditions, which are beyond the responsibility of Waterevolution. The expected average transit times are:
- Portugal: 2 working days;
- Spain: 3 working days;
- Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 4 to 5 working days;
- Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portuguese islands, Slovenia, Spanish Islands, Sweden: 5 to 6 working days;
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, United Kingdom: 6 to 7 working days;
- Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland: 7 to 9 days;
- Other destinations: upon request.
General notes
- All orders are dispatched and delivered from Monday to Friday;
- Orders placed on weekends and national holidays begin to be processed on the following business day;
- Along with the product, the Customer will find the respective invoice for their purchase on the outside of the box, inside a transparent plastic envelope;
- If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery, the courier and/or Waterevolution will contact you to reschedule a second delivery attempt, or collection at the office closest to the Customer's address;
- When the Customer receives the order, they must immediately check the condition of the product box. If they present any anomaly, you must register the anomaly on the transport receipt. If the product presents are damage related to the transport, the delivery must be refused by the Customer and the product must be returned to Waterevolution. This situation must be immediately reported to Waterevolution, via email info@waterevolution.pt, indicating the order/invoice number for this purpose.
- Materials are delivered outside and on the ground floor of the delivery address.
